Join us for Pass the Mic, Music to Life’s third annual benefit and auction! This music-filled, multimedia, storytelling event is hosted by Music to Life co-founders, Noel Paul Stookey (of the legendary trio Peter, Paul & Mary) and his daughter, Liz Stookey Sunde. This year’s program celebrates the legacy of Peter, Paul & Mary, whose music for justice shaped generations of changemakers, as we also pay tribute to Music to Life’s dear friend and supporter, the late Peter Yarrow, whose spirit continues to infuse our work and the artists we serve today.
Noel ‘Paul’ and Liz will gather with Bethany Yarrow, Reggie Harris, and Tom Paxton to explore three iconic PP&M songs that exemplify the trio’s capacity to challenge, educate, and unify. Emerging changemakers and MCA Academy graduates, Precious Perez, Greg Messa, and Eljuri will share their work and reflect on how the legacy of social change music inspires their visions for the future. A specially curated auction includes a hand drawn and painted lyric sheet of “Puff the Magic Dragon”, created and signed by Peter Yarrow.
Auction opens on December 1st. Event tickets are available by donation at this link. Donations of $100 or more will receive a ticket to our online After Party, hosted by Noel ‘Paul’ Stookey, and early access to our auction.

Pass the Mic is a benefit event for Music to Life, the national nonprofit, founded by Noel Paul Stookey (Peter, Paul & Mary) and his daughter Liz to connect socially-conscious musicians with the resources needed to realize their bold visions for community change.
