Jon Sabillón

Alejandro Jon Sabillón is a multidisciplinary artist and creative entrepreneur from Honduras who is redefining the boundaries of the DJ booth. Exploring the frontiers of the musical unknown, Jon pioneers the concept of ""Animistic DJing""—treating his sets as living musical ecosystems that seamlessly weave genres, cultures, and species into a danceable narrative.

His work is deeply influenced by the art and wisdom of Indigenous Central America, Pre-Columbian Futurism, and various contemplative world traditions. He founded the world's first record label for non-humans developing novel ways to compose music alongside flora, fauna, and the forces of nature.

A Berklee College of Music graduate, Jon has performed over 1,000 shows across five continents. His commitment to cultural and environmental stewardship has earned him historic distinctions, including being the first DJ named to an official U.S. State Artist Roster, the first DJ to receive an award from the Andy Warhol Foundation, and the first DJ to receive an ambassadorship from the United Nations.
