Priscilla "Nefftys" Rodriguez
Priscilla, also known as “Nefftys,” is a Nogales born artist that has focused on rap music for the last 15 years. As a singer song-writer and producer, she has presented her musical project in numerous places and events in the Southwest United States, Mexico, and part of Europe. Strongly bilingual, the music Nefftys makes is described as an expression of the reality and difficulties of life at the border as well as the beauty of belonging to two cultures.
As a visionary, Nefftys has been working for the last 5 years in cultivating the Ambos Nogales identity through art, music and cultural promotion. She developed the project Nogaleria to highlight history through murals and poetry, and has now expanded to support local artists by opening up spaces and creating opportunities in her community.In spring 2025, Priscilla participated in one of Music to Life's Musician Changemaker Accelerator Workshops (MCA) and was accepted into their Juried Artist roster.
