Linda Marks

Linda Marks is a multi-award winning Boston-based singer songwriter, a healer at heart, known for lyric-driven social impact songs with singable, heartfelt melodies complimented by her clear, warm, expressive voice.  Her music gracefully uplifts the spirit, creating a sense of intimacy and connection as she writes about both personal and universal themes.

Often compared to Carole King for her heartfelt piano-based songwriting and intimate storytelling, Joni Mitchell for her emotional honesty and lyrical depths, and Norah Jones for her smooth, jazz-influenced phrasing and sooting vocal tone, her music leaves the listener with a feeling of peace and hope. Her music has been covered in the Boston Globe, Boston Magazine and on NPR.  Linda is a Voting Member of the Recording Academy and the leader of the International Singer Songwriter Association (ISSA) Boston/Northeast Chapter. Linda holds a degree in Music with honors and distinction from Yale University.Her 16th studio album, Queen of the Angels, was released on March 6, 2026.  She is at work on her 17th studio album, Better Than This, with Nashville producer Justine Blazer for release in 2027.
